It’s hard to believe that it is the middle of January and we have barely had any snow. Sure we had a deep freeze right at Christmas. Buffalo had deadly winds and snow, but by the time it hit Syracuse, it was mostly just the wind and cold.
We are due for some snow. When it comes, I will be ready with baited breath to take some winter dog portraits. Since there is no telling when we will have snow, I have decided to implement an “ON CALL” list for some Winter snow photos.
If you would love to have a photo session with your snow loving pup, Sign up now. You will receive a complimentary session, a free social media digital image and 10% off additional purchases.

Winter portrait Locations:
Choose between locations:
Upper Onondaga Park: Great for views of Syracuse as well as trails around the lake.
Jamesville Beach Dog Park: Great for dogs that are social and enjoy other dogs as there is generally some other dogs hanging around.
Downtown Syracuse: Urban art and graffiti as well as some beautiful architecture can be a great backdrop for your urban dog.
Onondaga Lake park/Long Ridge parks: Trails and benches around the lake can create some beautiful images
Clients will be called in the order signed up. Limited space is available. Limit 2 dogs per session.
Clients will be called when the forecast calls for 2 inches or more of snow as photographers schedule allows. See Three tips for enjoying a snow day photo session with your dog for tips on how to prepare for your session.
Even though we live in the snowy North, not all snowy days are suitable for our sessions. If subzero windchills are forecast, a session will not be scheduled.
