When I first saw the subject for this week, I was thinking of going a totally different direction with the subject.  We had a photoshoot at the shelter this weekend however where the dogs get dressed up in their Halloween costumes.  Once I took this image however, I decided to go in a totally different direction.  Please don’t keep Bear isolated.  Come spring him to his forever home.

Here is another of Bear, but I wanted a more sophisticated representation and one that wasn’t blocking his adorable face.  Of course he looks a little bigger than life in this photo, but BEAR is bigger than life.

Second Chance has a unique program near Syracuse N.Y. where inmates train the rescued dogs and it gives both the dogs and the inmates a second chance in life.  Come visit Second Chance Canine Shelter.  We are open Saturdays and Sundays 10-2.
